We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we aim to be fair and flexible where possible, while also protecting scheduled training time and resources.
We encourage all participants to review the following terms carefully before confirming their booking.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Estepona Dive Center, we take pride in delivering high-quality, safe, and well-organized diving experiences. Due to the nature of our operations—limited group sizes, pre-reserved time slots, and instructor availability—we operate under a structured booking policy.
We aim to be fair and flexible where possible, while also protecting scheduled training time and resources. Please review the following terms carefully before confirming your booking.
Payments
All courses and activities must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payments are accepted via cash, bank transfer, Revolut, or PayPal.
Dive Cancellation (By Estepona Dive Center)
If a dive is canceled due to adverse weather or unsafe sea conditions:
- Full refund or credit will be provided for affected dive(s)
All decisions are made based on safety and professional judgment.
Non-Transferability
All bookings are non-transferable.
Courses, dives, and activities are assigned to the registered participant and cannot be transferred to another individual.
Course Preparation & Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and efficient training experience, all students are required to:
- Arrive on time at the correct meeting point
- Complete all PADI eLearning/theory before arrival
- Submit all required forms and medical declarations in advance
Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the scheduled training day(s), and the following fees will apply:
- €150 – Rescheduling prior to the first training day (non-medical reasons)
- €250 – Arrival unprepared, incomplete theory, or failure to attend the scheduled start date
Medical-related issues (e.g. illness, congestion, ear problems) may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
These fees reflect the cost of reserved instructor time, logistics, and limited course availability.
Future course dates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Course Completion & Scheduling Policy
To maintain course quality and ensure proper skill progression:
- All courses must be completed within 30 days of the start date
- A maximum extension up to 45 days may be granted (subject to availability)
Rescheduling
- Up to 2 session changes are included at no additional cost
- Additional changes may incur a €50 rescheduling fee per session
Inactivity
- Courses not completed within 45 days will be considered inactive
- To continue, a refresher/reactivation session may be required (additional fee applies)
No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
- A maximum 30-minute grace period is allowed
- After this, the session is considered a no-show
- No refunds will be issued
Participants must arrive:
- On time
- Fully prepared
- At the correct meeting location
Delays cannot impact scheduled activities or other participants.
Please allow sufficient time for travel, parking, and site access.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for the proper use, care, and return of all rental equipment provided by Estepona Dive Center.
In the event of loss, damage, or theft, the client agrees to cover the full replacement or repair cost of the equipment.
A replacement price list is available upon request.
Equipment Inspection
Clients must inspect all equipment prior to use.
Any issue with condition or functionality must be reported to the instructor or guide before the dive begins.
Once the dive has started, all equipment is considered accepted and in proper working condition.
Proper Use of Equipment
All equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with safe diving practices.
Any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions will be the responsibility of the client.
Loss, Damage & Payment
Any lost or damaged equipment must be reported immediately.
Payment for repair or replacement must be settled before leaving the dive center, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Receipts can be provided upon request.
Agreement to Terms
By renting equipment from Estepona Dive Center, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Any questions should be clarified with a member of the team prior to equipment use.
