PADI Deep Dive Course: Dive deeper and broaden your underwater horizons
The PADI Deep Dive Course allows you to explore the underwater world beyond recreational limits, diving up to 40 meters/130 feet. If you’re ready to expand your boundaries, this course provides the skills and confidence needed to explore greater depths safely
What You’ll learn:
- How to plan deep dives and manage your gas supply effectively.
- Techniques for buoyancy control, safety stops, and navigating at depth.
- How to identify and manage nitrogen narcosis and other physiological effects of deep diving.
- Safety considerations and buddy contact procedures for deep dives.
During four dives with a PADI Instructor, you’ll practice descents, buoyancy, and safety stops. Hands-on exercises will also reveal how deep dives affect color perception, physical objects, and even your own cognitive abilities.
Certification Requirements
Course Prerequisites: PADI Enriched Air Diver (or equivalent) certification
Minimum age: 18 years old
Duration: 2-3 days (dives must be completed over at least two days).
Total Dives: Four training dives
During the Search and Rescue Diver course, your instructor will ask you to:
- Practice different types of underwater search patterns.
- Learn how to use a lift bag to recover objects.
- Gain hands-on experience during four dives, where you’ll locate items of varying sizes.
- On your final dive, plan and execute a mock search operation, putting all your training into practice.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Payments:
- All courses must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Payments can be made via our accepted methods, either in person or through our online booking system.
Course Cancellation:
- If a dive is canceled by Estepona Dive Center due to adverse weather or sea conditions, clients will receive a full refund for the affected dive(s).
- We prioritize your safety and will make decisions regarding cancellations based on professional assessments of the conditions.
Non-Transferability:
- All courses, dives, and associated bookings are non-transferable. Bookings and course registrations are assigned to the individual and cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.
Client Responsibilities:
- Estepona Dive Center reserves the right to reschedule or cancel activities due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, sea conditions, or instructor availability. In such cases, affected clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a refund or an alternative date.
No-Show Policy:
- No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals that result in missed sessions. Please ensure you arrive on time and are prepared for your scheduled activities.
